There is a slight sheen to the fabric which the camera does not accurately portray. When caught in the light, there is an intense purple that catches the paisley.
The pattern is jacquard, it is woven into the fabric and not printed.
This fabric is machine washable or can be dry-cleaned and should be pressed with a medium temperature iron.
